Course Information:
Swim:
• Pool swim 20 lengths (500 yards).
Bike:
• Bike 15.5 miles on a paved road.
• Out and back with gradual incline first half.
• Bike helmet is a requirement.
• NO HLEMET, NO RIDE!
Run:
• Run 3.1 miles (5K) on a paved road.
• Out and back.
Directions:
Your packet will contain a map and directions.
Other Info:
Packet pick-up is available on Friday May 22nd from 4pm-7pm at the Powell Aquatic Center.
All participants will receive a race t-shirt.
Registrations close on Sunday May 17th at 5pm.
