Expedition Style (no transition areas), no support crew.

Teams: 3-4 Coed, 2 Open, 2 Coed, 4+open/5+coed.

Individual: Solo Male, Solo Female.

Course Information:

Mountain Biking, Running/Trekking, Orienteering, Ropes Challenges (Rappel, Tyrolean Traverse), Special Team Challenges.
