2015 Moonlight Bootlegger Hoover:
• Transition back to the 1920’s Prohibition Era rum running and race through the wooded trails of the backcountry. Like our bootleggin’ ancestors, see if you can make it through the moonlit woods to get to the stompin’ grounds, where you can enjoy a nice glass of moonshine and flatfoot it to bluegrass and old timey music.

• Race Day Packet Pickup/ Registration: 3:15 PM – 4:55 PM at race start area
• Race Start Time: 5:15 PM
• After Party: 5:45 PM – 7:30 PM
Entry Fees:
• $28 – first 20% of capacity
• $32 – 21 % to 50% of capacity
• $37 – 51% to 75% of capacity
• $42 76% to 100% or after May 14, 2015
What You Get With Your Registration:
• Race T-Shirt! (Register by May 1st to guarantee a shirt.)
• Post-race food and beverages (two moonshine drink tickets for those over the age of 21)
• Post-race bluegrass and old timey music!
• Commemorative moonshine mason jar!
Timing / Awards:
• The Moonlight Bootlegger 5K will be chip timed.
• Awards to the top 3 overall males and top 3 overall females. Awards to the top 3 males and females in the following age groups in each race: 20 and under, 21-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+.
