MultiRace is proud to present the 4th annual Labor Day Triathlon and Duathlon, held at the beautiful Tradewinds Park in Coconut Creek, Florida. This event features a calm lake swim with no waves. A bike completely inside the park with no vehicular traffic. And a run that goes along the scenic lake path, making a very spectator friendly 2-loop course.

Packet Pick-up
You may pick up your packets, race numbers, and t-shirts early to avoid lines on race day. PER USAT RULES – ALL TRIATHLETES & DUATHLETES MUST PICK UP THEIR OWN PACKET – NO EXCEPTIONS. All relay team members must be present in order to pick up a relay packet. Please bring your receipt from online registration. All triathletes & duathletes must present their annual USAT license at packet pickup along with a photo ID.
Timing chips can only be picked up on race morning; however this is very quick with no lines or waiting. -
Course Information:
Labor Day Triathlon
COURSE
This triathlon features a 1/4 mile swim, followed by a 10 mile closed course bike completely inside of Tradewinds Park, then finishes with a 3 mile closed course run.
The swim is a 1/4 mile swim in Tradewinds’ lake. It is a great race for first timers as the water is flat with no current or waves, so it makes for an easy swim. Duathletes will start with a short .75 mile run instead of the 1/4 mile swim.
The bike course makes 2 loops around the south and north ends of Tradewinds Park. The course is closed to cars and is completely contained inside of the park. There are also no hard u-turns on the course, making for a fast and easy bike split.
The run course goes along the path next to the lake in a counter-clockwise fashion. Athletes will complete two laps here as well to make three miles.
Directions:
Take the Florida Turnpike to Sample Road, then go west. At the first stoplight, turn left into Tradewinds Park (South Entrance). -

Awards
All finishers will receive a custom designed finisher’s medal declaring you as a triathlon or duathlon finisher! Collect them all! We feel that finishing a triathlon or duathlon or any distance is a great accomplishment that you should be proud of. This is just another reason to race with MultiRace!
In addition, awards are given to the top three finishers in all categories. Those receiving overall and master awards are removed from their age groups, bumping everyone else up in the age group standings. There is no double dipping. If you qualify for overall, you cannot get another award for masters overall or your age group. Pro-Elite participants only qualify for overall awards.
Communication for people with Disabilities: Call MultiRace to request material in accessible format, information on access for person with disabilities, or a sign language interpreter (7 days in advance of the event so we can make appropriate accommodations).
