Whether you are a veteran triathlete or this is your first event you can feel the thrill or just have fun with LifeCenter Plus and Team ER as they present the 3rd annual LCP indoor triathlon. The race is open to both adults and children alike (13 and older please). Give yourself a personal challenge or compete against other local triathletes.
Course Information:
The race will consist of a 20-minute swim, 20-minute bike, and 20-minute run. The venues for each event are as follows: Swim - Pool, Bike - spin room on spin bikes, Run - track. Places will be determined by cumulative distance covered over each leg.
