The BodyZen Pre Race Clinics are an incredible experience for every level athlete to learn how to race for the first time or just to get tips on racing faster and safer. Internationally recognized Elite Endurance Sports Coach Lee Zohlman has been lecturing and coaching triathletes all over the globe for the last seventeen years and we’re fortunate to have him providing complimentary clinics for all of our athletes that are thorough and cover all the bases for our Multirace events. Lee will cover all USAT/Multirace rules, nutrition tips, transition set up and race strategies. These clinics are not to be missed and are held the day before each race. Get there early and bring something to write with. Did we say they’re free too? See you there!
The site is easy to get to! It is the last exit on I-95, #1A for the Rickenbacker Causeway & Key Biscayne. The Rickenbacker Causeway connects mainland Florida with Virginia Key & Key Biscayne. There is a $1.50 toll at the entrance to the causeway. The race site at Virginia Key Beach Park will be on the left, across the street from the Miami Seaquarium.
From the North:
Take I-95 to Exit 1A. Turn left at the second intersection, then travel east across the Rickenbacker Causeway for three miles to the second traffic light, turn left onto Virginia Key Beach Drive.
From the South:

All finishers will receive a custom designed finisher’s medal declaring you as a triathlon or duathlon finisher! Collect them all! We feel that finishing a triathlon or duathlon or any distance is a great accomplishment that you should be proud of. This is just another reason to race with MultiRace! In addition, awards are given to the top 3 finishers in all categories. Special awards will be given to the Top Overall Male, Top Overall Female, Top Master Male (40+), and Top Master Female (40+). Those receiving overall and master awards are removed from their age groups, bumping everyone else up in the age group standings. There is no double dipping.
