2015 March Triathlon Series:
• The Cal Poly Triathlon Team is proudly hosting the 11th annual March Triathlon Series (MTS) at Lopez Lake in Arroyo Grande, CA on March 22, 2015.
• The race includes a Sprint distance with an 800 yard swim, 12.3 mile bike, and a 3.1 mile run, and an Olympic distance with a 1500 meter swim, 24.7 mile bike, and a 6.2 mile run.
• The race is put on entirely by students and hopes to have 750 competitors.
• The race is open to the public and also acts as the West Coast Collegiate Triathlon Conference (WCCTC) championship race, attracting elite college athletes from Cal Poly, UC Berkeley, Stanford, USC, UCLA, UC Davis, and many more!
