Course Information:
Triathlon Distances
1/4 mile bay swim , 10 mile Bike and 5k Run
Duathlon Distances
1.5 mile run, 10 mile Bike and 5k Run
- 6:00 - 7:00 am check-in, packet pickup and race day registration
- 7:00 am pre-race briefing

7:20 am races start(waves based on # of entrants)
The swim is in the bay.
The bike and run will be contested on roads
through scenic Long Beach Island and Beach Haven.
The course is flat and fast.
Swim Course
The swim course will be in the bay at beautiful Bayview Park
Bike Course
Fast and Flat 3 loop course with the turns 5 lanes wide
Run Course
North on Long Beach Blvd, make a left at 65th street and then right on Bayview Ave go 6 blocks and make
left on 59th street and first right on Barnegat Ave go 3 blocks and make right on 56th street and one block and make left on
Bayview Ave go 2 blocks turnaround and follow Bayview Ave back to 65th street and turnaround at water table(do loop again) go to 59th make left one block to Barnegat make right 3 blocks ad make right on 56th one block and make left on Bayvew Ave go 2 blocks turnaround and follow Bayview to 65th this time make left go 1 block to Long Beach Blvd and make right and go to park and make right and go up on boardwalk make left and finish on boardwalk.
