2015 HolidayMan Triathlon & Duathlon:
• HolidayMan is a little longer than a sprint and a bit shorter than an olympic distance triathlon at a private lake, on quiet country roads, and thru private neighborhoods. It is a triathlon for triathletes by triathletes, which means we "get" it! Awesome, tight race!
Course Information:
Swim:
• 700 meter swim in the calm waters of Lake Holiday, just west of Sandwich, IL.
• - - - Duathlon will start with a 1-mile run.
Bike:
• 17.6 mile fast bike on quiet, smooth country roads.
• One short climb at mile 9 and pancake flat back to a 1-mile drop into T2.
Run:
• 4 mile run through the rolling private neighborhoods of Lake Holiday.
Directions:
• South of Aurora to IL Hwy 34 west into Somanouk.
• Watch for signage as you enter Somonauk.
