Join Utica College and the greater Utica community as we train to complete the Utica College Medical Society 5K road race on April 25, 2015! Our Couch-to-5K is designed to guide you safely and effectively into running. The program includes weekly group training sessions and expert exercise plans written by Utica College cross-country coach Jason Rose. This event is open to all levels of runners! All of the proceeds will be donated to local charities.
