2011 Finger Lakes Triathlon:

  • This event is a fundraiser for the Mary M. Gooley Hemophilia Center in Rochester.
  • Challenging bike course with a flat as a pancake run.

  • Take I-90 (New York State Thruway) EAST
  • Take the RT-332 exit 44 toward CANANDAIGUA - go 0.3 mi
  • Continue on RT-332 SOUTH - go 8.3 mi
  • Continue on RT-21 SOUTH/RT-332 SOUTH - go 0.9 mi
  • Continue on S MAIN ST - go 0.2 mi
  • Bear on LAKESHORE DR - go 0.6 mi
  • Arrive at 205 LAKESHORE DR, CANANDAIGUA

    FROM NYC, SYRACUSE AND POINTS EAST OF CANANDAIGUA:
  • Take I-90 (New York State Thruway) WEST
  • Take the Exit 42 exit - go 0.1 mi
  • Exit 42 becomes RAMP - go 0.2 mi
  • Bear onto NY-14 - go 0.1 mi
  • Turn onto STATE ROUTE 14 - go 0.2 mi
  • Continue on NY-14 S - go 6.3 mi Turn on HAMILTON ST - go 1.4 mi
  • Continue on CANANDAIGUA RD - go 0.6 mi
  • Continue on STATE ROUTE 5 AND 20 - go 4.6 mi
  • Continue on GENEVA TPKE/STATE ROUTE 5 AND 20 - go 7.0 mi
