CASA programs were established so that every abused and neglected child has a voice in court and are ensured the chance for a permanent home. On April 25, 2015, CASA programs from Harrison, Marion, Monongalia and Preston Counties will bring together a league of Superheroes to help make a difference in the lives of abused and neglected children and to increase awareness of the challenges they face on a daily basis.
