2011 OPC Indoor Triathlon:
Course Information:
20 Minute Swim 20 Minute Bike 20 Minute Run
Swimming will take place in our 25 yard lap pool. (wetsuits not allowed)
You will then bike on one of our brand new Keiser spinning bikes.
Finsh with a run on the indoor track. - (17.36 Laps = 1 mile)
Go at your own pace, we will keep track of your distance.
