Course Information:
Swim:
• The swim is in a small, man-made lake.
• NO SWIMMING IN LAKE ALLOWED PRIOR TO RACE DAY!!
Bike:
• The bike is on nice concrete urban roads.
• The course is slightly hilly but fast.
• Each major intersection and turn around will be traffic controlled with directional assistance.
Run:
• The run course is moderately hilly.
• Aid stations will be located approximately every 1 mile.
• Each aid station is equipped with water.
