2011 Tri Cowtown Sprint Triathlon:

Start your tri season off right with the Second Annual Tri Cowtown Sprint Triathlon (Formerly the Tri Benbrook Triathlon)!

Hosted by Playtri and the Tri Cowtown Triathlon Club, this event will get you off on the right foot.

With a pool swim in the (warm) indoor pool, followed by a bike with rolling hills and a run through Benbrook's scenic open country, you're sure to be pumped for the upcoming season at the end of this event!

Follow it up with free food, door prizes, and beautiful awards, and you've got yourself the perfect triathlon morning.

So come TRI Cowtown with us - you won't be disappointed!

Course Information:

Course Notes:

The swim will be in a 25 yard indoor pool.

The bike is on country roads with rolling hills. Each major intersection will be traffic controlled.

The run course is a 3.1 mile run along the north shore of Benbrook Lake. Aid stations will be located approximately every 1 mile. Each aid station is equipped with water and Gatorade.

The course officially closes at 11am for all participants.
