2015 Eden Prairie Indoor Triathlon Hour powered by Life Time Tri & IRONMAN:
• Become a triathlete in 60 minutes!
• In partnership with Life Time and IRONMAN, we invite you to Commit to Tri in 2015.
• Join us for a fun and challenging 60 minute workout hosted inside a Life Time Fitness club.
• Pool Swim for 10 minutes, indoor bike for 30 minutes, treadmill run for 20 minutes.
• Results are measured by the distance covered during each portion of the race.
• With plenty of friendly encouragement, anyone can complete a triathlon and have a blast!
• Athletes new to triathlon say the Indoor Triathlon Hour was fun, manageable and a great way to be introduced to the sport. Experienced triathletes love the training opportunity and the chance to see their results improve. It’s fun, convenient and quick—fits into even the busiest schedule.
