2014 Run Rudolph Bike Indoor Duathlon:
• First wave begins at 8:00am
• a new wave will begin every 30 minutes with the last one beginning at 10:00am
• 10 participant maximum per wave
• 15 minutes Run/Walk on Treadmill
• 20 minutes Bike on Spinning Bike
• 10 minutes Run/Walk on Track
• Members FREE
• Non-members 13 and over $12
• Must be at least 13 years of age by December 1, 2014
Entry Fee Includes:
