2011 Muskegon YMCA Indoor Triathlon:

  • The 2011 Muskegon YMCA is the first race of the 2011 West Michigan Indoor Triathlon Series.
  • The second race is Sunday, February 13, 2011 at the Grand Haven Aquatics Center.
  • The third and final race is Sunday, March 20, 2011 at the Spring Lake Aquatics Center.

    • Course Information:

  • The format for each of the events will be 15 minutes Swim (distance x 4), 15 minutes bike (on road bikes mounted on calibrated wind trainers - spd or strap peddles) and 15 minutes run (distance x 2).
