Short Course

Individual: $30    3 Person Team: $45

Start Time:  7:30am

Transistion: Lake Dardanelle State Park Beach
Order: Kayak-Bike-Run

Aproximate Lengths:  Kayak 2 miles, Bike 12 miles, Run 2 1/2 miles,

3 Person Relay Team-Must have 3 participants per team

Long Course

Categories:  Men, Women and Mixed

Individual: $40    3 Person Relay Team: $60

Start Time:  9:00am

Race will start and end at Lake Dardanelle State Park Beach Area

Bike Transition is across the lake at the Illinois Bayou Boat Ramp Hwy 64 W

Order: Run-Kayak-Run-Bike-Kayak

Approximate Lengths: Run:2 1/2 miles, Kayak: 2 1/2 miles, Run: 1 1/2 miles Bike: 19 miles, Kayak 2 1/2 miles

Kayaks and PFDs provided.  No personal kayaks.

Registration limited to first 40 entries for each course

Check-in is at Lake Dardanelle State Park Beach Area

Check-in  and race packet pick-up starts at 6:30am

But the bike transition area for the long course is at the
Illinois Bayou Boat Ramp on Hwy 64W.

You will need to place your bike at the transition area
prior to starting the race.

(Its about a 10 minute drive from the transition area to the park)

All races start and finish at Lake Dardanelle State Park Beach

The Short Course transition area will be near the beach

For long course you will begin your race at the park,
and then kayak across Lake Dardanelle to the Illinois
Bayou Boat ramp on Hwy 64W.

The transition area for the long course is at the Illinois Bayou Boat Ramp

After completing your second run and bike leg you will paddle
back across the lake to the finish line at the Lake Dardanelle State Park Beach.
