| Pool Swim | Pool swim has 50 meter lanes that are 9 ft wide. The distance for the swim is 300 meters. Piece of cake!!!!! |
| Bike Course | Bike Course is a two loop course that is 12 miles long. A few hills but still a fast course. Police and volunteers at all intersections. |
| Run Course | Run Course is a out and back on a beautiful wooded trail. Great way to finish the race with food and music at the finish line. |
