2011 Got the Nerve Triathlon:

Can be performed individually or as a 3-person relay team.

Course Information:

Swim will be 500 yards in the Mt. Gretna Lake.

Water temp's average in the high 60's.

Course will be an inverted triangle.

Biking will follow a 16-mile road loop through the scenic back roads of Lebanon County.

Helmets required.

Other Info:

Competitors are not permitted on the Mt Gretna Lake property before race day.

The lake and associated land are private property and you will be trespassing.
