2015 Heart & Sole Duathlon & 5K Run:
• 4th Annual "Heart & Sole" Duathlon & 5K.
• Taking place in the small town of Ford City in Western PA.
• The event serves as a kick-off to the upcoming "Street Fair" over Labor Day weekend.
• The course is flat, fast, tranquil, and scenic, taking place in part on the "Armstrong Trail"
• The flat, all-paved course allows all ages and skill levels to participate.
Course Information:
• The Run starts at the corner of 10th Street and Third Avenue, proceeding South on Third Avenue to 2nd Street, turning onto the Trail, continuing North to 17th Street, flowing onto Third Avenue South-back to 10th Street.
• The Bike starts at 10th Street and Third Avenue Transition Area onto Second Avenue South to Rosston Road continuing to point where roadway crosses the Trail; then back North traveling onto Second Avenue proceeding to 17th Street; then back South on Third Avenue to Finish Line.
