Must-do class for new triathletes and nervous swimmers. 3 hours of expert instruction and skill-building with focus on anxiety management. Instructor is author of several Ironman Series books including "Fearless Swimming For Triathletes ( Meyer & Meyer 2011), USAT Coach and Certified Total Immersion Freestyle Coach.

Class is taught at Newport Dunes Lagoon in Newport Beach. There is no surf and the class is usually small. There is no lifeguard so water safe adults only.
