2014 Christmas Sprint Duathlon & Triathlon:
• The Christmas season has a Sprint Duathlon and Triathlon at beautiful Sugden Regional Park.
• This is your last chance to compete in a triathlon for the year!
Course Information:
• Swimmers will start on the sandy beach in the swimming area and swim exactly a quarter mile and exit out of the Margaret A. Sugden Amphitheater.
• Spectators will have a unique view of the swim from the elevated amphitheater.
• A quick sprint across the hand set pavers and it's on to the scenic bike course.
• Then it is off to the run in one of the best places in all of Southwest Florida in that runners will have nearly 100% water views of wetlands, lakes, beaches, sailboats, the sailing center, piers, wildlife and all while running in mostly shade.
• Friends and family will greet racers at the finish in the front of the amphitheater.
