2014 Oldham County Parks Sprint Triathlon:
Our USAT sanctioned Sprint Triathlon is held on September 6th at Wendell Moore Park. The event includes a 400-meter pool swim, a 10-mile bike ride on a non-closed road course and a 3K run that includes firm surfaces and cross-country segments. The race costs $50.00 per individual and $80.00 for three-person teams. Non-USAT members must add $12.00 per participant to cover one-day insurance. The top two finishers in a variety of age groups as well as the team, men & women’s overall winners receive trophy and $500. Registration begins July 1st and must be turned in by August 21st by 2:00 p.m. Maximum participation is 200 entries. Over $2000 will be given away in door prizes.
