Course Information:
This beach is so gorgeous that you should plan to spend the afternoon at the beach. Doze off listening to the waves, take time to build an amazing sandcastle or stroll the sun-speckled sand beachcombing for shells.
The bike course is a 9 mile course. It consists of three 2.9 mile loops in and around the scenic port of Galilee, Rhode Island
The Triathletes are treated to a scenic run course in the neighborhoods of Sand Hill Cove in Narragansett, RI. The 3 mile run is an out and back course with little or no traffic. Enjoy the sights as the course winds its way close to the ocean and through surrounding neighborhoods.

The swim is a 1/4 mile rectangular shaped course at Roger Wheeler State Beach, one of the more shielded beaches of Narragansett Bay. It's breakwater barrier protection helps it to be a suitable course for novice swimmers. Plus FIRM offers swim angels for athletes who would like an experienced swimmer to accompany them on the swim course.
