We create world-class, safe, and fun-filled experiences for our athletes of all abilities and partners, who share in our crusade for our communities to be more physically active and healthier.
FITTPALOOZA5K does not include mud, trees, etc. Rather, the family-fun event is designed for people who do not like to, and probably never will, run in mud, climb trees, etc., but they want to experience the outdoor fitness challenges. For those who like the mud obstacles, but want a different experience, they are more than welcome to participate. FITTPALOOZA5K is powered by FitDeck (www.fitdeck.com), as seen on ABC's Shark Tank, to provide the participants with fitness challenges using the FitDeck Bodyweight exercise playing cards such as jumping jacks, push-ups, and squats at the FITT ZONES.
The FITTPALOOZA5K after-party will showcase different types of group exercises such as ZUMBA, kickboxing, and line dancing for participants and spectators. Participants are encouraged to do what they can and have fun doing it.
