2014 Cloud Peak Triathlon:
• Check-In: 7:00 am -7:30 am
• Mini-Triathlon start: 8:00 am
• Helmets required for cyclists
• Swimmers responsible to bring lap counters
• 400 yard pool swim - 13.2 mile bike - 5k run
Order of events:
• Individuals: swim, bike, run (start in heats);
• Teams: bike, run, swim
• Return registration form by Wednesday July 23rd
• Partial proceeds will be donated to the WHS Honors US History DC Field Study in April of 2015
Course Information:
Swim: 16 lengths in a 25 yard pool
Bike: 4 laps on a 3.2 mile road course
Run: 5k run out on a flat road for 2.5k and then turn around
