This event is a fundraiser for Albany Aquatics Association, a local swim club for kids.
This is not a closed course. There will be traffic on the course.
This is a sprint distance event.
Certified bike helmets are required.
Course is for beginners and intermediate athletes.
Transition area is supervised.
Showers, dressing, and restrooms will be available.
Both transitions are at the same location.
Lap counters will be provided for the swim.
Mountain Bike Division tires must be more than 1 inch wide.
A water table will be provided on the run coutse and then at the end of the event.
Race day packet pick up begins at 7:00am.
PARKING
Please park in the high school parking lot on Columbus Avenue. 36th Ave and the pool parking lot will be closed to vehicle traffic.
SEEDING
Submit your 500 yard swim time upon entry. Heats will be assigned by submitted time.
Duathlon starts at 8:00am.
AWARDS
Top overall male and female finishers receive medals.
Ribbons for 1st - 3rd place in each division
