2014 Dairy Dash 5K Run & 1-Mile Memory Walk:
All proceeds from the Dairy Dash will support the Shon Seeley Legacy Fund for Sustainable Farming Education. This fund honors the life and memory of Shon Seeley, a PASA member who lost his life in 2012, through support of educational programming specific to the farming principles held dearly by him: livestock grazing, sustainable beef & dairy production, value-added dairy processing, livestock genetic preservation, and native pasture grass management & weed identification.
Dairy Dash Details
- The 5K Fun Run will be chip-timed.
- The 1-Mile Memory Walk starts after the 5K step-off, and will not be timed.
- Water stop provided & refreshments will be served after the race, including Milky Way Farms delicious chocolate milk!
- Runners & walkers only on the 5K course please. Strollers and baby joggers welcome; bicycles, skates and pets will not be permitted.
- Ample free parking is available. Please allow time to walk or take the shuttle from parking to the registration area.
- Race # and T-shirt pick-up runs from 7:15-8:30 AM. Please arrive early!
- Walk-in registrations welcome until 8:30 AM on race day. All participants will be required to sign a waiver on race day prior to running/walking this event, or you will not be allowed to participate. Participants under age 18 must have their parent/legal guardian sign for them.

12 and under, 13-17, 18-24 and 5-year increments from 25-29 up to 70+

Registration
You may easily register online at Active.com. Registration is $20.00 before August 28, 2014, when online registration closes. After August 28 and on Race Day, registration will be $25.00.

DIRECTIONS TO LAMBS CREEK RECREATION AREA
From the North: Route 15 South, First Mansfield exit, turn right at the Lamb’s Creek Recreation Area signs.
From the South: Route 15 North, Second Mansfield exit on to Route 6. Follow Route 6 East into Mansfield. At the Main Street stop light (second stop light), turn left onto North Main Street. Head out of town and bear to the left under the overpass. Follow signs to Lamb’s Creek Recreation Area.
From the West: Route 6 East into Mansfield. At the Main Street stop light (second stop light), turn left onto North Main Street. Head out of town and bear to the left under the overpass. Follow signs to Lamb’s Creek Recreation Area.
From the East: Route 6 West into Mansfield. At the Main Street stop light, turn right onto North Main Street. Head out of town and bear to the left under the overpass. Follow signs to Lamb’s Creek Recreation Area.
