2014 Sterling House Down & Dirty 5K Obstacle Course:
Get Dirty or Go Home - RAIN OR SHINE - You can expect to get wet, dirty, sandy, foamy, muddy as you walk, run, climb and crawl your way to the finish line. You will have absolutely nothing but a good time, a load of laughs and a sense of doing something good for those less fortunate than you. There will be no winners, no losers, no medals, no judgments and nothing will be timed. Go at your own speed, but "leave no man behind" on your team. You're in it to "Win It For Sterling House" !

Course Information:
5k Obstacle Course with 12-15 obstacles within a 3.1 mile area along Short Beach in Stratford.
Directions:
I-95 SOUTH-EXIT 32-LEFT OFF EXIT THEN LEFT AT THE LIGHT. FOLLOW TO END (ST. JAMES CHURCH). TAKE A RIGHT ON MAIN ST.-APPROXIMATELY 2 MILES GO JUST PAST THE AIRPORT RUNWAY AND TAKE A LEFT ONTO DORNE DRIVE. GO STRAIGHT TO THE BEACH PARKING LOT.
I-95 NORTH-EXIT 30-RIGHT OFF EXIT APPROXIMATELY 2 MILES TO TO THE END. RIGHT ON MAIN ST. LEFT AFTER THE AIRPORT RUNWAY. GO STRAIGHT TROUGH TO BEACH LOT-DORNE DRIVE.
