Fremont Therapy Group and Go Fremont County! are teaming up to sponsor this event as an annual tradition for the Riverton community to celebrate healthy lifestyles and community involvement and kick off one of Riverton’s most important events; the Fremont County Fair. The event is suitable for people of all ages and abilities, and includes a 5K competitive or recreational run/walk, a 25-mile bike ride and a 606-yard swim. The event concludes with a “Ride of Fame” on our float in the Fremont County Fair Parade.
While each of the traditional triathlon events is featured, the organizers elected to make this a fun, low-key and recreational competition. Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Participants can choose their favorite event or form a team to compete in all three events for best times. Participants will be invited to participate in the first ever “Ride of Fame” in the Fremont County Fair Parade to kick off an exciting weeklong series of events.
Event schedule and times
Race day registration and packet pickup will start at 6am at the start/finish line.All three events will run simultaneously with a shotgun start at 7am, in front of Fremont Therapy Group’s Riverton clinic, which is located at 2002 W. Sunset Drive, Riverton.
