Course Information:

  • The swim course is triangular. Swimmers will keep the buoys on their right at all times.
  • The bike course is challenging two clockwise loops around Fellows Lake for the Olympic course and one for the sprint distance.
  • The run is out and back with a gradual uphill out and downhill back. The short course turns around before reaching AA highway. Aid stations are at the transition area and every mile on the run.
