Dip & Dash 2010 Information:
The 5th Annual Dip & Dash will offer men and women an opportunity to train for their upcoming events.
Each event gives participants a chance to practice their open water swimming and running skills before race day.

Each event consists of a 1-lap 750 meter or 2-lap 1500 meter open water swim in the Aurora Reservoir followed by a 5K out and back run along the bike path.
All levels are welcome to participate! IM distance open water swims offered on June 15th and July 13th.
Directions:
Toll Road Directions:
Take 1-25 or C470 to E470 and exit at Quincy Road, Exit #13. Follow Quincy Road East to Powhatan Road which is approximately 2 miles from the exit.
Turn right and follow the road to the Aurora Reservoir entrance.
After passing through the gate take the first right after the boat storage facility and follow the road all the way back to the parking lot.
Registration and check-in are located just outside of the snack bar area at the covered picnic site next to the volleyball court.
All events begin promptly at 6:30 PM.
