The run course: The run course is one loop; traveling through residential areas. One down hill/up hill section.
The bike course: is a two loop set up. This is a short course but challenging with two BIG climbs up 4th South. Be prepared for any weather conditions.
Swim Course: The swim course is the last of the three disciplines and is indoor at the Orem Fitness Center. This is a 350 meter swim in a 50 meter pool. Participants will enter one end and finish at the other end. It is a snake style swim meaning the you swim 50 meters and snake under the line and swim the next 50. All swimmers will be traveling the same direction in their respective lanes. Water temps are around 80 degrees.
