2010 Capital Sprints Splash N Dash #2:

  • With two races throughout the summer (June 6 & August 8), the Splash N Dash events will provide beginners with a fun introduction to multi sport and veterans with a great way to test their fitness and racing skills.

    • Course Information:

  • Each race features a 300 meter swim in a long course pool followed by a 5K run.
  • Athletes and spectators alike will enjoy the scenic and friendly atmosphere of our venue the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Park in Silver Spring, MD.
