SWIM! BIKE! RUN! YOUTH TRIATHLON
Join us at North Point Pool High School located at 2500 Davis Road in Waldorf for this special "WeCan" fitness event planned especially for kids. Open to kids age 14 and younger, this event will be held Saturday, August 7, Check-in/registration time is 7:30am; and the event starts at 9:00am. Each child will swim, bike, and run specified distances based on their age group. The registration fee is $15 if paid before July 31; or $20 if registering August 1-7. Participants will each receive a T-shirt & Finisher's Medal.

Swim: North Point Indoor Pool (25 yards)
Bike/Run: Course closed to traffic, paved path loop around High School Campus
Age 13-14: 200yd swim, 3 mile bike, 1 mile run
Age 11-12: 100yd swim, 2 mile bike, .75 mile run
Age 9-10: 50 yd swim, 1 mile bike, .5 mile run
Age 8&under: 50 yd swim, 1 mile bike, .25 mile run
