2014 Heels & Wheels for Megan's House Triathlon & Duathlon Challenge:
• This event takes place among the tall pines of Laura Walker State Park.
• Exit the lake swim into transition, then onto a flat and fast, out and back bike course.
• The run is well shaded and equally as fast and flat with an aid station at the turnaround.
• Plenty of food, fun, and music at the post-race party!
