2010 Papohaku Duathlon:

  • This event is the second in a series of summer races on Molokai.
  • Event site is Papohaku Beach Park on the west end of Molokai.
  • We have decided to add a short course race to the day's bill in the hope of attracting more participants.
  • Race day is Saturday, July 24th.   

    • Course Information:

  • The long-course race will start at 6 a.m. and will feature a 2-mile swim from Papohaku Beach Park to the end of the beach and then a 2-mile return run on the sand.
  • The short-course race will start at 8 a.m. and will feature a 1/2 mile swim from Papohaku Beach Park to Lauhue Road Beach Access and a 1-mile return run on the pavement.
  • Either race can be done as a two-person relay or a solo event.

    Race entry is $10 and registration is only available the morning of the race.
