Course Information:

  • The swim will take place in the Altantic Ocean a 1/2 mile north or south depending on the ocean currents.
  • The run portion will travel north up the boardwalk and into beautiful North Shores and will return to Rehoboth Avenue.
  • There will also be a 5k walk beginning at the start of the race. (The walk portion of the event will follow the same course as the runners.)

    • Directions:

  • The transition/race site area will be located on Rehoboth Avenue & the Boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach, DE.
  • Traveling into Rehoboth Beach, Delaware off of Rt. 1 follow Rehoboth Avenue until it meets the boardwalk.
  • The event will take place directly infront of Rehoboth Avenue.
