2010 Islandman Sprint Triathlon:

  • This Race sold out in 2010.

    • Course Information:

  • 1/4 mile ocean swim, with the current!
  • Avalon Beach Patrol provides 6, 2 man boats and a dozen interior guards swimming for your safety along with guards on wave runners.
  • A 1/4 mile beach run to transition.
  • Bike consists of a 4 mile loop done 3 times. It is flat, fast, and on newly paved roads.
  • 5k beach run!

    • Directions:

  • Garden State Parkway to Exit 13.
  • Make a left on Avalon Boulevard and follow straight to Community Hall and the beach.

  • The IslandKids Triathlon was held after the IslandMan Tri in 2010.
