Course Information:
The state-of-the-art facility features a six-lane, 25 yard pool in which the athletes will swim two lengths in each lane before moving to the next lane. The 20K bike course will be technical in nature so bring your road bike (and a triple if you have one) as there is one steep climb in the first half of the course. The run will go in and out of a beautiful little cove that features rolling terrain.
