2010 Colony Place Family Duathlon:
A duathlon (run-bike-run) format for adults and kids.
Adults will run 5k-20K-5K, 2 person teams with multiple age divisions based on combined ages of the 2 participants; Entry is open to ages 15 and older; COMBINED ages for TEAMS start with 30-39, 40-49, continue on 10-year divisions increments up to 180-189!
Youth divisions in 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14 divisions.
All Youth finishers receive medals.
Super-mini event for kids 4-6 yrs of age, entry is free.

Cycling event is a loop course with 2 challenging climbs and soem fast downhills.
