This is a two hour Cycling Clinic on how to improve efficiency, speed and safety on the bike. Topics covered will be: positioning on the bike, braking, proper peddling, cadence, shifting, gear ratios and mounting and dismounting into transition. This is a great clinic for new cyclist and triathletes.
