Great Race for beginners! Our goal is to have a low pressure FUN event, but one that will be full of energy. All pre-registered participants are guaranteed to receive a race shirt, in addition to a goody bag. Pool Swim with a bike and run course on closed roads & sidewalks...NO TRAFFIC.

New for 2014

We've got loads of new stuff lined up for this years race: Chip timing, 5K, agility course...we're really working to expand on the festival atmosphere.

5K

We have an all new 5K this year. It takes the place of the Sterling Stampede, and is going to share the same great finish line as the triathlon, with a spectacular finish.

Registration

Kids Triathlon: $40 Early Bird (register by 7/16), $45 Regular (register by 8/10). Adult Triathlon: $25. 5K: Kids & Adults are $25. All participants registered by 8/10 are guaranteed a T-shirt & goody bag. Race day registrations are welcome for $5 additional.

Adults

YES!!! We're going to be doing an adult division. Adults will start at 7:00 am, and will do the same course & distances as the 12-14 year olds. This would be considered a Super Duper Sprint. It will all be in good fun, with times & finisher medals, but no awards. Yes, you'll get a shirt (adult fit), as long as you register by 8/8.

Event Schedule

7:00 am...Adults Triathlon; 7:30 am...5K; 8:00 am...12 - 14 years; 8:30 am...10 & 11 years; 9:00 am...8 & 9 years; 9:30 am...6 & 7 years; 10:00 am...5 years & under

Swim Leg

The swim will be in a 25 yard pool. Athletes will start one at a time every 30 seconds.

Bike & Run Legs

The bike leg will be in a portion of the subdivision that has minimal homes and will be closed to any traffic. The run legs will be along the paved walking trails and the sidewalks.
