The sport of triathlon is one of the fastest growing sporting activities in the world and central Arkansas is recognized by Triathlete Magazine (Oct. 2009) as one of the best places in the country to train.
Saturday June 19th from 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. will be a day of information, instruction and application about the sport of triathlon. We'll discuss what to expect regarding all three disciplines on race day as well as how to make efficient transitions. We'll talk about the rules of the road, essential pieces of equipment on race day and what's important to eat and drink.
Free nutritional samples are included in the clinic and nutritional kits will be given away (valued at $26.00). Lunch is provided.
