A Sprint TRI for the those of us who don't own spandex or a $10,000 bike...and we're afraid we'll drown!
This family friendly event has distances for both kids and adults, but most importantly, we'll WALK YOU THROUGH the process of a Triathlon so you won't feel like your "not in the club" or "don't know the lingo." A GREAT event for the first timer, the long timer and the "I hope there's not a timer."
Course Information:
ADULT
-Swim: 200 yards, plenty of lifeguards onsite!
-Bike: 10 miles (anything with wheels and no motor)
-Run: 5K run (simple!)
KIDS
-Swim: 50 yards
-Bike: 2-3 miles
-Run: 1 miles
