Swim Map:
The swim start is at Stillwell Ave. Ocean Certified Lifeguards will manage the swim. Lifeguards will be in kayaks and rescue boards along the swim course. The swim course will be marked with bright orange large buoys. Expected water temperature is between 65-70 degrees F. Expect challenging currents and swells. There may also be jellyfish. This is a USA Triathlon sanctioned swim and aquathlon. Purchase of one day insurance USAT is required if you are not a USAT member. The cost for the one day insurance is $12.00. That amount can be applied to purchase the USAT annual membership.
The swim will be chip timed. Commemorative T-shirt for all who register a week prior to the event or while supplies last. All finishers receive a medal. Top 3 male and female finishers in every distance will receive a trophy as well.
We will accept race day registrations but a late fee of $20 will apply in addition to the USAT fee. We will accept cash only and you will most likely NOT receive a T-shirt if you register on race day.

- 8:00 am 2 Mile swim along with Long Dist. Aquathlon Waves Begin (3 minute intervals) Waves might change at discretion of the race director! 1st Wave (Red Swim Cap)
- 8:03 am 1 Mile swim along Olympic Dist. Aquathlon 2nd Wave Begin (3 minute intervals)
- 8:06 am 1/2 Mile along Short Dist. Aquathlon 3rd Waves Begin (3 minute intervals)
