2014 Charles Island Triathlon
• The second annual Charles Island Triathlon is set in the beautiful oceanside town of Milford, CT.
• This sprint triathlon takes place on Sunday, August 10. Proceeds benefit the Woodruff Family YMCA.
Course Information:
• 1/2 mile ocean swim
• 11.5 mile flat & fast bike ride
• 3 mile run along the beach

From the East:
From the West:
- Take I-95 South to exit 35, School House Road/Bic Drive.
- Turn left onto School House Road.
- Turn right onto Bridgeport Avenue.
- Turn left onto Meadows End Road.
- Stay straight to go onto Pumpkin Delight Road.
- Pumpkin Delight Road becomes Monroe Street.
- Turn left onto Viscount Drive.
- Viscount Drive becomes East Broadway.
From the West:
- Take I-95 North to exit 34, Milford/US 1.
- Turn right off ramp onto Bridgeport Avenue/US 1.
- Turn left onto Naugatuck Avenue.
- Stay straight to go onto Welton Street.
- Welton Street becomes Joy Road.
- Turn left onto East Broadway.
- End at East Broadway.
