Course Information:
• The swims will be held at the base of the Eagle Rock Resort, on its crystal clear, spring fed Lake Susquehanna.
• The Bike course will take you out the back entrance of the Eagle Rock Resort on a 17 mile loop.
• Finish with a 3.1 mile run near the lake.
